Understanding Our Points and Tier System

Welcome to our blog where we break down the essentials of our points and tier system. Keep in mind that this system is subject to change as we continue to refine it.

Tiers and Their Benefits:

Our system features five tiers, each building upon the previous with additional unique perks:

• Bronze (Levels 0-9): Start your journey here with no initial perks.
• Silver (Levels 10-19): Gain higher priority in search rankings.
• Gold (Levels 20-29): All prior perks, plus eligibility for certification to enhance your professional profiles and resumes, and access to our revenue share program.
• Platinum (Levels 30-49): All prior perks, plus free access to analytics and all beta features as they roll out.
• Diamond (Levels 50+): All prior perks, plus free membership and exclusive access to future events.

How Levels Work:

Your level is determined by your experience points (XP), which increase with each interaction on our app. The formula for XP needed per level is 100 × (level)^2. This means that the amount of XP you'll need to reach a higher level scales exponentially. For instance:

• Level 1: 0 XP
• Level 10: 10,000 XP
• Level 50: 250,000 XP

Earning Points:

Points can be earned through various activities such as completing your profile, engaging with content, or simply visiting the app regularly. High-value activities like adding an experience to your profile or participating in community discussions yield more points.
